Odinga, a former Prime Minister, is tipped to try his forth and perhaps the last presidential bid after three unsuccessful attempts in previous elections.

And Musyoka, who supported Odinga in 2013, says he is the right man to hand the opposition victory in August.

"My brother Raila knows how much I have sacrificed. I have done it and I don't fear doing it again. However, I know my candidature will earn us victory in August," he said at a rally in South Mugirango on Sunday.

He added: "Kenyans are tired with this regime. I am ready to bring the change that we dearly need and that will happen with the support Odinga gives me. I am ready for this job."

Last month, Musyoka reiterated that he was ready to support another candidate for the sake of beating Jubilee administration in August.
