Slightly two days after entering into a secret pact with his political nemesis President Uhuru Kenyatta, opposition leader Raila Odinga has yet again snubbed his co-principals.
Over the weekend, Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula, jointly rejected the new pact by the duo.
"We do not recognise the meeting between the two individuals and whatever transpired has nothing to do with NASA," said Mudavadi.
Details of the secret pact between Uhuru and Raila remains scanty with the joint statement released on Friday referring the two with a unique tittle 'His Excellency'.
Instead, Raila opted to dispatch his trusted lieutenant James Orengo to meet the three co-principals on Monday morning despite early indications that he would attend.
"I am privileged to meet my co-principal Moses Wetangula and we discussed a host of issues,' Kalonzo wrote on Sunday evening hours to Monday meeting.
Conspicuously, Raila had also opted to attend the joint press on Friday with Junet Mohammed and Winnie Odinga instead of the usual suspect, James Orengo.
