NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga has spoke for the first time after a three judge appellate bench ruled in favour of his coalitions drive to have returning officer at constituency announce presidential results.
The Court of Appeal issued the ruling earlier on Friday saying the IEBC "must be above suspicion to command respect from Kenyans".
Odinga said Jubilee was opposed to the ruling because they were planning to rig the polls.
"Now that the court has agreed with us, the reign of Jubilee has been brought to a halt. They are headed home," he said.
He spoke on Friday during campaigns in Cheptais, Sirisia and Bumula in Bungoma county.
