NASA leader has spoken ahead of his monumental swearing-in at the iconic Uhuru Park.

Speaking via a phone call to KTN television station, the veteran opposition leader called on his supporters to conduct themselves with decorum and peace.

He also hit out at the government for closing television stations calling it dictatorial.

''This basically shows that Kenya has descended to the level of Uganda. It is very unfortunate. There is nothing unlawful about what we are going to do so I don't understand why the state has taken the course of action that it is taking,'' Odinga said.

Asked about the identity of the judge who will swear him in, Raila called on Kenyans to wait and see who that would be.

He said that the struggle of NASA was a struggle against dictatorship, and reiterated his position that the election of Uhuru was illegitimate.
