NASA leader Raila Odinga has spoken on claims that he is planning to forgo his early move of withdrawing from the October 26 polls by rejoining the race on Wednesday, a day before the d-day.
While speaking in Kisii county on Monday, the opposition chief dismissed the sentiments as rumors saying taking such a move will make him appear as a 'flower girl' for President Uhuru Kenyatta since the Jubilee party has made every plan to make the playing field unleveled.
Odinga further quoted former IEBC commissioner Roselyn Akombe statement that the commission is not adequately equipped to hold free, fair, and credible polls.
"I still insist I am not going to participate in an already flawed exercise. If I do so the Jubilee will see me as a flower girl. I am categorically stating that there will be no elections on Thursday," he said.
The opposition supporters are upbeat as they await a special address by Odinga on Wednesday, just a day to the repeat polls.
