The National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has emphasised his claims against Cord leader Raila Odinga, over graft.
He reiterated claims that Odinga was colluding with governors to steal public funds meant for development projects in the Counties.
Earlier, Duale had faulted Odinga for allegedly defending corruption in Counties perceived to be Cord or ODM 'strongholds' but condemns graft in the national government.
However, Odinga dispelled the claims and asked the Garissa Township lawmaker to 'stay away' from him.
"Raila has been stealing monies in the Counties. He stole in Nairobi, Kakamega, Siaya, Nyamira, Kisumu, Migori and Kilifi. He must return all the funds and stop double standards in the fight against corruption," Duale said, Friday.
He was citing an a 2014/2015 Financial Year audit report, released by the Auditor General Edward Ouko, recently.
The report showed massive loss of funds in most of the Counties.
Duale was speaking when he joined leaders of Samburu County for a funds-drive to empower various women groups in Loosuk ward.
They managed to raise Sh4 million.
He also urged residents to unite politically as pastoralists under the Jubilee government and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
"The government has improved security and invested in food security and infrastructure development that is transforming livelihoods across the country," he said.
