The planned 'swearing-in' of NASA leader Raila Odinga on Tuesday is now uncertain.
This is after the team organizing the event stated that it was not sure weather to proceed with the event or not.
According to Nation, the team it is unsure on whether to go on with event in the absence of his deputy Kalonzo Musyoka, who is in Germany.
It was earlier reported that Kalonzo will be in the country to grace the controvrsial location whose location remains unknown.
Kalonzo is currently in Germany attending to his wife who is undergoing specialized treatment.
There have been calls from various stakeholders urging Raila to reconsider his move since it might lead to more tension in the coiuntry.
On Wednesday, Attorney General Githu Muigai stated that anybody swearing himself in as president without winning the elections was committing treason which is punishable by the law.
