ODM party leader Raila Odinga is the most preferred NASA presidential candidate among supporters if general elections were held today, a fresh opinion poll shows.
According to the study by Infotrak, Odinga enjoys a huge support from Nasa supporters as 68.3 percent of the sample population said they preferred him for the for the candidature.
Wiper's Kalonzo Musyoka came second with 13.1 percent while ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi was third with 12.3 percent.
Ford-Kenya leader Moses Wetangula came fourth and last with 2.2 percent.
About 4.1 percent of the sample said they would not cast their votes for any of the principals despite supporting the NASA coalition.
On regional basis, Odinga has support from across the country with Coast leading at 84 percent, Nyanza at 81 percent, North Eastern at 75 percent, Nairobi at 67.9 percent, Rift Valley at 64 percent, Western at 59 percent, Eastern at 47 percent and Central at 40 percent.
The poll was carried out from February 24 to March 2 and among 1,500 respondents.
