ODM party leader has expressed confidence that the National Super Alliance (Nasa) will send Jubilee home come the August 8 polls.
The former prime minister said Kenyans symphathised with president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto in 2013 because of the cases they were facing at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
He however noted that this time round Kenyans were angry with them for 'leading' the country to the wrong direction.
“This time the country is angered because of the corrupt leaders. Therefore Uhuru should know that Kenyans will send him home because of the graft he has brought into the country, because of the tribalism and because of the deteriorating economy,” said Raila.
Speaking during Nasa rally in Mathare, Nairobi, he further accused the Uhuru led government for increasing the Kenyan debt.
“What they have done is increasing the debt. Now every Kenyan has a debt of Ksh. 90,000. And they are continuing to borrow, even the past week they borrowed. Every unborn child has a debt waiting for them.Kenya has been turned into a state of the poor,” he noted, Friday.
Raila was accompanied by his partners, Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi.
