Cord leader Raila Odinga has hit out at President Uhuru Kenyatta for allegedly trying to make him look bad before people of the Agikuyu community.
Raila said he loved people from Central region and that he was ready to serve them despite enjoying little political support from the region.
Speaking at the ODM party headquarters when he met members of the Maasai Community, Raila said he loved all Kenyans equally.
''The president is making tours to Central Kenya and accusing me of being an enemy of development. He is also trying to make me look as an enemy of the Kikuyu community. Don't be deceived. I'm not their enemy and if I were, I would not have exposed the harm set to befall the people as a result of the Northern Water Collector Tunnel being constructed in Murang'a,'' he said.
The opposition chief also accused Jubilee government of failing to deliver on its pre-election pledges.
