Cord leader Raila Odinga has said that he is ready to jailed and dared President Uhuru Kenyatta to apprehend him.

According to Raila, President Uhuru cannot threaten him with jail since he has served a nine-year sentence in the past.

"I have been in jail for nine years and Uhuru was born at State House. He cannot threaten me with jail term," said Odinga while addressing residents of Igembe in Meru.

This is after President Uhuru said that any leader found spreading hate speech will arrested and jailed.
