Opposition leader Raila Odinga has fired warning to President Uhuru Kenyatta over his legitimacy adding that his swearing-in will go on as planned.

Even after Attorney General cautioned of possible treason charges, NASA leadership has continued with the plans although the venue and other details for December 12th event remain scanty.

At City Mortuary on Thursday, an agitated Odinga maintained that he only recognizes August elections adding that he will use them for the inauguration purpose.

"They keep on telling us that we had elections in October. Our position is very clear; there were no elections in the country.

"We only recognize the August results and he (Uhuru) should know that. We cannot be intimidated by people who have perfected electoral fraud. Our team shall do what is right that day (inauguration).

Despite his planned inauguration, Odinga, however, says he is open to dialogue if only Jubilee recognizes him as an equal to Uhuru.

IEBC announced Uhuru as the winner of August elections before the results were overturned by Kenya's apex court on grounds of 'illegalities and irregularities'.
