Ainabkoi MP William Chepkut has told opposition leader Raila Odinga to accept results of the forthcoming presidential election if he is trounced by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
He said Kenyans were tired of calls for mass action after every election.
"I humbly urge opposition leaders to this time accept the verdict of the electorate. We cannot allow our country to be in an electioneering period forever leading to economic sabotage," he said in Eldoret town, Thursday.
"For heaven sake Kenyans are suffering. Is it a must for Raila to be president for everything to sober up? We know we will win with a very big margin therefore he should accept and move on," he added.
He, however, revealed that they have started door to door campaigns that will see the Kenyatta retain his seat.
"This time round it will not be business as usual. We will vote for President Kenyatta man to man. NASA will not get even a single vote," noted Chepkut.
He called on Uasin Gishu residents to vote for Jubilee government since it has done a lot to the electorate compared to any other government that has been there before.
"We now have free maternity, free education, improved infrastructure, over 85 per cent electricity connection among others. Surely they deserve a second term," he said.
Chepkut promised to serve all Ainabkoi constituency resident.
"We need each other for the development of the constituency. It is now time to work," he said.
