Juja MP Francis Munyua Waititu has asked the National Super Alliance (Nasa) presidential candidate Raila Odinga to concede defeat if he loses in the August 8th polls.The MP said that Raila and his Nasa team must be ready to accept the outcome of the forthcoming polls.Waititu claims that Raila has a tendency of disputing poll results even when he has lost fairly.He said that the August 8 poll is not a matter of life and death adding the country must move on regardless of the winner.“I want to ask my friends in Nasa to be ready to accept the results if they lose,” he said as quoted by The Star.Waititu said that Jubilee will concede defeat if it loses to Nasa.The Juja MP said that Kenya’s democracy has matured adding that there is no need for politicians to issue threats.The lawmaker at the same time exuded confidence that President Uhuru Kenyatta will win re-election.The MP said that Uhuru’s development track record will favors his re-election. The Jubilee legislator dismissed Nasa, saying they have nothing new to give to Kenyans.He urged politicians from across the divide to preach unity even as they rally for support ahead of the August general election.
