Raila Odinga when he unveiled his National Resistance Movement (NRM) official gear. [Photo|Twitter]National Resistance Movement (NRM) continued insistence on civil disobedience and economic boycott even as the Supreme Court on Monday upheld the re-election of President Uhuru Kenyatta on October 26, is a social-political experiment that is extra-constitutional.James Mamboleo an advocate of the high court and a legal expert has said that what Raila Odinga and his brigade are looking for, must be discussed within the realms of the constitution."Let Nasa now sober up. The elections are now over and Raila Odinga must now tell his MPs to leave the streets and go back to Parliament where they will serve their constituents. This NRM madness must come to an end. It is only a fool who doesn't change their mind," Mamboleo told KTN News on Monday during an interview.Speaking at the same time, Dr Duncan Ojwang who is also an advocate and a constitutional expert, advised Raila to 'fire the likes of Economist David Ndii' whom he said was 'instrumental' in his failure.Ojwang said that Ndii 'cheated' Raila by fronting 'crazy ideas' like secession knowing too well 'they are hard to achieve'."Ndii has turned Luo Nyanza counties into his experimental laboratory for crazy ideas like secession while his own home county is well within Kenya. We were not invited into the Republic of Kenya such that people like Ndii should advise us on such madness which is not tenable. We have enough professionals who can advise us better," Ojwang said.He called on Nasa to come to the table and dialogue with the 'victorious' Jubilee Party instead of 'charting' a path that is not even provided by the constitution.
