NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga has yet again returned to the Supreme Court in another petition challenging the inclusion of only two candidates in the October 17, repeat polls.
Odinga has joined as an interested party, in a case filed by Third Way Alliance party leader Ekuru Aukot, saying it was unfair to lock out the other candidates who participated in the August 8 polls.
President Uhuru Kenyatta, former aspirant Micheal Wainaina, and Attorney General Githu Muigai have also been listed as interested parties.
While Odinga is terming the exclusion of the other six candidates a discrimination, Uhuru is arguing based on the 2013 presidential petition ruling that indicated whenever there will be room for repeat polls then only the first two candidates can contest in the repeat polls.
IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati is also of the view that only Odinga and Uhuru should be on the ballot because the other six did not contest the August 8 poll.
