Opposition leader Raila Odinga has asked locals of Makina and the larger Kibera area to register as voters in order to oust Jubilee in the coming elections.

Raila, who was accompanied by Nairobi County Governor Evans Kidero, was going around Nairobi and its environs urging people to register as voters as the month long voter registration exercise kicked off.

"All eligible adults should register. Do this especially if you are tired of corruption and bad governance", said Raila.

The ODM leader assured locals that Jubilee will go home only if they register as voters and vote in the August 8th polls.
