Citing Tuesday's chaotic session at the National Assembly, Raila condemned the differences witnessed in Parliament, saying Jubilee MPs should not be allowed to amend the Election Laws 2015, to introduce manual voting, since it was the door to vote stealing.

He said the Law was unilaterally agreed upon between president Uhuru Kenyatta and himself, and so there was no justification for any Amendments to the Law.

Raila warned that electronic voting system must be used to vote. He asked Jubilee to brace for tougher political times if they keep introducing laws that they intend to use in manipulating next polls.

He was speaking when he was enjoying exciting boat races from the shores of Lake Victoria in Mbita, Homa Bay County, at the third and final day of the Luo Cultural Festival, Wednesday.
