Opposition leader Raila Odinga has said they will not go to the Supreme Court to challenge Jubilee's Uhuru Kenyatta if he is declared winner after October 26 poll.

Raila said he does not recognize the October 26 poll and therefore will not challenge a win from the exercise.

“It (filing a petition) will be a waste of time. As far as we are concerned, this is not an election. Therefore, it is not a legal matter but a political one which must be dealt with as such,” Raila Odinga said.

Raila said Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chair Wafula Chebukati vindicated NASA when he admitted he cannot guarantee a credible poll.

Raila said they will employ several tactics to counter the outcome of Thursday's poll outcome.

“We are employing different tactics, medium and long term strategies. Street protests have limitations, they are not an end in themselves. Moving forward, we will adjust the tactics. From picketing to boycotting products, there are several others that I don’t want to say now.”
