NASA leader Raila Odinga insists that Kenya is still operating in vacuum since August disputed presidential elections.
Despite taking oath as people's president, Raila further says the country should be ready for another election in August this year.
"There was no election in Kenya therefore we do not have a government. Elections must take place this August," he told the Standard.
A re-energised Raila is reportedly planning another referendum that will focus on introducing rotational presidency in the country.
Similar sentiments are shared by Suna East MP and top ODM official Junet Mohammed who insists that there is no government in Kenya.
"We do not have a government or opposition in Kenya. What we are having are rulers and servants. Life has been made difficult for everyone."
President Uhuru Kenyatta, who has since resumed his second term, has already made critical appointments to cabinet.
