NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga should prepare for a humiliating defeat in the election due next month, a Jubilee Party Governor has said.

According to Bomet Governor Joyce Laboso, Raila's 'win' in the Supreme Court will suffer a major setback in the hands of President Uhuru Kenyatta through the ballot.

Speaking in Bomet on Wednesday, Laboso said Kenyans were ready to deliver a protest vote against the Opposition and the Chief Justice David Maraga-led top court which nullified Uhuru's win.

"The court does not make a change in the stand Kenyans took last month. NASA will be taught a lesson by Kenyans in the repeat presidential poll," Laboso said.

The Governor called on Bomet residents to come out in large numbers for Jubilee and dispel any doubt that President Kenyatta and DP William Ruto were not dully elected.

"One of NASA co-principals hails from here. A repeat poll will show how they are not popular in this county. We will send a message that this is a Jubilee zone and ensure what they got in August 8 is reduced to zero," said the former Deputy Speaker in the National Assembly.
