Speaking on Tuesday morning on Kameme FM during the Arahuka show hosted by Njogu Njoroge, the controversial parliamentarian castigated Raila for pushing to disband IEBC which he said belonged to Raila.

“This man is used to misusing us. This IEBC belongs to him for he voted for it. All IEBC secretariats are his. It’s no wonder, Raila has been a chaotic man since the times of Kivuitu where Kibaki tried to get rid of Kivuitu’s commission with Raila crying foul of election rigging after Kibaki won. We are used to his games and even if his brother Oburu Odinga becomes the chairman, Raila will still remain in opposition as Jubilee does not rely on the IEBC to win elections but votes from Kenyans,” he said.

Kuria said that they will be going back to court on Thursday to get further orders to hinder the opposition from holding chaotic demonstrations pushing disbandment of the IEBC.

The legislator said that Cord had lacked better strategies of getting to state house and thus opted for chaos.

“These people want us to have another crisis like the one we had in 2007 which we are not going to allow. You have all heard how bad they speak and massacre threats they are posing to wananchi; we are not going to allow this,” he said.

Kuria dared Raila to bring use his party members to bring the IEBC disbandment in parliament pledging to support the IEBC’s officials ouster.
