Devolution Cabinet Secretary Mwangi Kiunjuri has taken issue with Opposition coalition NASA's decision to stage demonstrations against IEBC.
Speaking on Tuesday in Tana River County, Kiunjuri accused Raila of shifting goal posts each time an election outcome does not favour him.
He noted that the Opposition chief is unprepared for fresh elections because he understands that he does not have the numbers.
"I want to offer free advice to Raila that he should stop shifting goal posts, knowing well that he has no numbers to win the election. The earlier he accepts this reality the better for this country," he said.
The outspoken CS further cautioned that NASA's demonstrations against IEBC could plunge the country into chaos and violence.
"Raila knows very well deep down in his heart that the path he is taking Kenyans [to] is one of destruction and bloodshed. He does not mean well for the country," he stated.
Kiunjuri maintained that President Uhuru Kenyatta won the August 8 polls fairly, asserting that the Head of State will still win the October 26 repeat polls.
