Bungoma senator, Moses Wetangula has been told to stop seeking Cord leader, Raila Odinga’s endorsement.
Former Budalang'i MP Raphael Wanjala urged Wetangula to style up and not wait on Raila’s approval to run as the party’s flag bearer.
"They should wake up from that slumber land they are in. Let Senator Moses Wetangula and Amani leader Musalia Mudavadi fight as men instead of waiting to be seconded," he said.
Wanjala said that Raila was not the right person to seek approval from as he has lost twice in a row in previous elections.
"We are surprised with our politicians who just sleep in the house and hope to reap from the sweat of others. I wonder how special they are," he said.
Wanjala told Wetangula to instead approach President Uhuru Kenyatta for endorsement for chances of actually being a presidential candidate.
