NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga [Photo/Star] NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga has wooed residents of Murang'a county to vote for opposition in the forthcoming August 8 elections.
Raila said that he is not the enemy of the Kikuyu community as claimed by Jubilee politicians.
"I am here as a friend and debunk propaganda that I am an enemy of the Kikuyu community", said Odinga as quoted by Nation.
"I can't be an enemy of the Kikuyu, I am a friend who has worked with the community before and I am still working with it", he said.
He said that in 2002 elections, he supported former president Mwai Kibaki and this shows that he is a good friend to the community.
"I supported Kibaki and I was called a hero. How come I have changed to a mad man?" asked the ODM leader.
He said a NASA government will include all communities without discrimination as claimed by Jubilee leaders.
He urged locals to support and vote for NASA.
