Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (Cord) Leader Raila Amolo Odinga has said that the National Super Alliance (NASA) has room for leaders from all other politician parties as the race to state becomes tougher following nominations.
Raila, who is also NASA Presidential candidate, said that the opposition has something for both winners and losers during the nominations.
The former prime minister, who speaking on Thursday at his Capitol Hill office in Nairobi after receiving former Subukia MP Koigi Wamwere to NASA, also said that the loser and winners have an immense contribution to the alliance as they look forward to forming the next government when that time comes.
"NASA requires the contribution of both those who won in the primaries and those who were unlucky and did not make it. They all have a role to play. Everyone is welcome to NASA," he said, as quoted by Standard.
The ODM leader also said that he is happy to welcome Koigi to the opposition since they fought for the liberation of this nation together, adding that they were imprisoned with him as they strived to make Kenya a better place.
"We were detained several times together as we fought for the second liberation of this country. I am happy to welcome him to NASA," he explained.
