Moment after High Court nullified Embakasi East Babu Owino's victory, a similar fate befell ODM's Wajir West MP Ahmed Kolosh.
At Milimani High Court, Justice Francis Toiyot said that the petitioner had proved that results in polling stations; Qara and Korich had been manipulated in favour of Kolosh.
During the August polls, Kolosh defeated the petitioner, Mohamed Ibrahim with less that 477 votes and by removing results for the two centers, the petitioner would emerge winner.
While Ibrahim contested on a KANU ticket, Kolosh was one of the few ODM politicians who survived Jubilee wave in the region.
Efforts by lawyer Fred Ngatia, appearing for the petitioner, to have the Judge declare him a winner were declined by the judge who ordered fresh polls.
Kolosh becomes the third MP in Raila Odinga's party to be subjected to by elections after Chris Karani (Ugenya) and Babu Owino of Embakasi East.
