Former Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire has responded to claims that he has ditched NASA for Jubilee.

Bosire has termed the claims as "utter nonsense".

Speaking on Monday, Bosire said that it was fake news by Jubilee regime.

"All Kenyans and NASA supporters should get it from me that I am firm and steadfast in ODM and at no time have I contemplated crossing over to join this government," said the vocal former lawmaker.

He said if he defects, it will be a betrayal to Kenyans.

"This is a Jubilee and State House engineered lie that should be treated with the contempt it deserves. It has not happened. It will not happen."

Bosire was reacting to social media reports that he had joined President Uhuru Kenyatta's party, a few days ago, ahead of his tour of the Kisii region.

He maintained that he was NASA to stay.
