Makueni governor Kivutha Kibwana has revealed house NASA leader Raila Odinga made other co-principals miss the 'swearing-in' at Uhuru Park grounds.
Speaking on Musyi FM on Thursday, Kibwana claimed that Raila proceeded to Uhuru Park alone without meeting his co-principals as agreed.
"Kalonzo and Raila were to meet that morning. But when Kalonzo got to the venue, only Wetang'ula and Mudavadi were there. When they contacted Raila, he said he would not make it and would instead proceed to Uhuru Park for the swearing-in," Kibwana said.
Kibwana added that members of the inauguration's organising committee were not briefed on the happenings.
He accused ODM of taking over the event without putting into consideration the input of other NASA affiliate parties.
"ODM has not been fair. Even our representatives in the plans were kept in the dark most of the time. We are part of the NASA coalition but most of the time we were not briefed on meetings and progress."The chairman noted ODM should respect other parties but added the co-principals were willing to talk to Raila about their differences.
