[Photo: Buzz Kenya]What awaits 'President Raila' ahead if he is elected on October 17, is more than meets the eye. This is if President Uhuru Kenyatta's words on Monday at State House when he met Ukambani and Bungoma leaders are anything to go by."Hakuna haja ya kuogopa hata akichaguliwa (there is no need to fear even if they are elected). We have the numbers and within three months tutamtoa huku (we will get him out of State House)," Uhuru said.He added: "There is nothing to fear. Leo hii hata Raila akichaguliwa atatawala Kenya kwa njia gani (if Raila were elected today, how would he rule Kenya)? Jubilee can do business in the Senate without a single member of NASA present. We do not need them."While these sentiments will be criticised in the coming days by NASA-leaning political pundits as unpresidential and perhaps divisive, it could be the only unadulterated truth that Uhuru may have to tell Kenyans before they can decide to send him to Ichaweri or give him a second five-year mandate. And if sending Uhuru home will be the majority of Kenyans choice, then he may as well decide that 'President Raila's' Cabinet will be a two-member affair, which is unconstitutional. Why say so?Apart from 'President Raila' and his 'deputy' Kalonzo Musyoka who will be elected, all the other members of his cabinet who include the Attorney General and not fewer than 14 and not more than 22 Cabinet Secretaries, are all subject to the National Assembly approval.Jubilee commands almost a supermajority in the National Assembly and can approve or reject 'President Raila's' cabinet appointees even without the input of Nasa MPs.This reality could have informed Uhuru's further utterances at State House on Monday: "Ati wataboycott, well done, ngoja mtatuona tukifungua bunge na kuanza kupitisha bills. Wakikataa kukuja wakae! Hata wakiboycott what difference does it make?"A two-member cabinet will be deemed unconstitutional and, therefore, a fertile ground by Jubilee to initiate 'President Raila's' impeachmentthree months after inauguration, as Uhuru puts it.In short, 'President Raila' will be a military general at war at the mercy of his brutally-armed and belligerent enemy.
