Speaking to the media on Wednesday at Parliament Buildings, the legislator cautioned the opposition leaders, asking them to brace themselves for a vigorous political battle in the run up to the 2017 general elections.

“The Tononoka Rally has given Raila sleepless nights and we intend to make it even worse. We are heading to Western tomorrow (Thursday), then Ukambani and back to Coast so he and his cohorts should go to the nearest pharmacy and buy sleeping pills,” he cautioned.

Deputy President William Ruto Sunday led a Jubilee Party political rally at the Tononoka grounds, Mombasa, in a bid to woo the vote-rich Coastal region, winding up his four-day tour of the region.
