[Photo|Nasa coalition]NASA leader Raila Odinga, met IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati, Thursday, a day after Commissioner Dr Roselyn Akombe resigned, from the Commission.The 40-minute meeting at the IEBC headquarters at the Anniversary Towers, saw Chebukati detail to the Opposition leader, the agency's preparedness for the next election.Accompanied by Musalia Mudavadi, Raila addressed the press, saying there was nothing to add on what Akombe, and Chebukati, said Wednesday.He maintained NASA would still not participate in the fresh presidential election on October 26, adding that Akombe's resignation statement and Chebukati's statement after, vindicated the coalition."As up to now, we still hold on what we said yesterday, no election," Raila said, lamenting why his name should be included in the ballot, even after he withdrew his candidature.His sentiments were echoed by Mudavadi, who said election should be postponed to allow IEBC prepare adequately.Chebukati will make a decision after meeting Odinga's closest rival President Uhuru Kenyatta, next week Monday.
