The team leader of Daughters' of Raila movement Ms Nyakerario Mayaka is at war with one Ms Damaris Mouni over who was nominated as a Member of the county Assembly.
The two women have been in and out of court over the matter with both claiming to be nominated to office legally.
Just a week after a Nyamira court ruled that Ms Mayaka is sworn in, Ms Mouni has secured a court order opposing the same.
"I am not going to relent until I get back what is legally mine. It is not a secret and everyone knows I worked hard for the slot," she told Hivisasa.
After Ms Mouni's petition was thrown out of court she moved to the court of appeal to challenge it.
She equally argues she was legally nominated and 'Raila's daughter' was only fighting her for no good reason.
The next following days will be interesting to see who will get the seat that has now attracted attention because of the fight between the two ODM staunch followers.
