Moments after being sworn-in, NASA leader Raila Odinga did not waste time to tell the world of his new status.
Raila was sworn in on Tuesday at a parked Uhuru Park.He was expected to be sworn in alongside Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka as his Deputy, however the Wiper leader did not show up for the event.
Raila went ahead and update his social media accounts.
A look at Raila's Twitter bio, he describes himself as the President of the Republic of Kenya.
"This is the official account of His Excellency Raila Amolo Odinga, President of the Republic of Kenya" reads Raila bio.
It is not clear what action the government will take after the event considering that Attorney General Githu Muigai had said if somebody swears himself in it will amount to treason. In Kenya treason is punishable by death.
