Former Raila Odinga’s aide, Caroli Omondi, has boycotted ODM repeat nominations in Suba South Constituency.

Omondi is claiming that the results in the seven polling stations have already been pre-determined.

Omondi's boycott come even when incumbent John Mbadi had already voted at God Oloo Primary School polling center.

The repeat nominations were ordered by the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal on Friday.

The tribunal declared the decision by ODM party to give Mbadi, the nomination certificate as null and void.

Omondi had filed a complaint claiming that ODM violated his political rights to unfairly award the certificate to Mbadi.
