The planned inauguration if Raila Odinga on January 30th could after all be just hot air following Wiper party's latest decision.

Organizing committee under Noah Akala had given a temporary calendar which may have after all been abandoned.

"Our journey to Canaan is unstoppable and I want to assure you things won't be easy for them." Odinga told his supporters in Kakamega over the weekend.

But Borabu MP Ben Momanyi (Wiper) insists the Kalonzo Musyoka party will not be part of the programme until thorny issues are resolved.

Among the issues he wants fixed are inclusion of Wiper MPs in PSC committee and relinquishing of Minority Whip by ODM to the umbrella party.

"We cannot be treated as a minor party. We have MPs across the country and one of our own must join PSC. We also want the Minority Whip post," he told the reporter.

Last year, Momanyi successfully moved a motion that compelled the Speaker to allow NASA consult widely on nominations to PSC.

And for swearing-in to take place, Momanyi says, Wiper's sentiments ought to be handled first.
