Amollo believes the Jubilee party has begun their threat of fixing the Judiciary and that is why Nyeri Town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu filed a petition to remove the CJ from office.

However, Amollo reiterated that a backlash from the country has guided Jubilee to use unknown people to now file petitions against Deputy CJ Philomena Mwilu and Judge Isaac Lenaola with the help of the National Intelligence Service (NIS).

"All these petitions against the Supreme Court judges is a scheme by the Jubilee party. They initially used Ngunjiri Wambugu but due to the backlash from Kenyans, they have resorted to using unknown people. However, these people are being helped by the NIS and that is why they have phone conversation history of both DCJ Mwilu and Judge Lenaola," said Amollo.

The MP further rubbished claims linking DCJ Mwilu and Judge Lenaola to NASA lawyers.

In his view, the Judges have a right to interact with anybody and any conversation between the judges and NASA lawyers should not be perceived as anything strange.

"It is very wrong to try and link DCJ Mwilu and Judge Lenaola to NASA lawyers. The judges have all the rights to engage anyone in a conversation and that should not be taken as a sign of any ill-doing in an impending judgment," added Amollo.

The lawmaker made the remarks on Tuesday during a political debate on NTV.
