Despite the uncertainty in NASA over President Uhuru Kenyatta's legitimacy, a top legal adviser to Raila Odinga after all recognizes Uhuru's presidency.
For months now, NASA has declined to recognize Uhuru's victory with Raila Odinga planning to take oath of office.
"Plans to swear in Raila are on course and the ceremony shall take place at the end of the month," said Oduir Ongwen.
But in a tweet, Otiende Amollo, one of Raila's lead lawyer in the nullified August Presidential elections, after all refers to Uhuru as president.
"impunity. The president has unconstitutionally sacked the DPP, hired Deputy IGs in usurpation of National Police Service," wrote Otiende in relation to appointment of Keriako Tobiko.
The statement elicited sharp reactions with Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju saying: "I am happy that you have finally recognized Uhuru as your president."
Also doubling as Rarieda MP, Amollo became one of the few lawyers around the world to successfully prosecute a presidential petition.
