A lawyer who was part of the National Super Alliance (NASA) team during the presidential petition has revealed that he lost vital data during the proceedings at the Supreme Court.

According to Lawyer Jackson Awele, he lost a black laptop bag that contained vital documents after he went out to join Odinga’s team in verifying forms 34A and 34B at the Milimani Law Courts.

Through a facebook post, Wele stated that after he returned to the Court, one of his colleagues informed him that a man had come for the bag claiming he had been sent.

“I asked around but unfortunately no one had seen the guy and unfortunately we cant be able to get any video evidence since the Supreme Court does not have any cameras,”he said.

On Saturday, the lawyer offered to give a reward to anyone who could find the bag with its contents or provide information leading to the recovery of the contents with or without the bag.

“I lost a computer bag at the Supreme Court between 28th and 1st September. I am offering a generous monetary reward (5 figure) for anyone with it and even more generous reward to whoever can find its contents or provide information leading to the recovery of its contents, with or without it (the bag).”
