ODM leader Raila Odinga has called on residents of Western region to register in large numbers during the ongoing voter registration exercise.
Maximum voter registration, he said, would be the only way through which the opposition can vote out the Jubilee administration from power.
"Each one of us has a role to play in ensuring maximum registration," he said in Kakamega when he toured the county.
"Make sure every eligible person you know is registered to vote. It is the only way to choose change in August."
Raila's Kakamega visit is the second in less than two weeks.
He was in the region last week as he marshaled residents from the region to register as voters.
Kakamega County alone has over one million people issued with national identity cards but only 632,000 people are registered as voters.
He said the country cannot stand the rampant graft entertained by the Jubilee administration.
