NASA Presidential candidate Raila Amolo Odinga has continued to experience a number of challenges in his strongholds as he seeks to dethrone President Uhuru Kenyatta from power.

This is after section Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leaders in Taita Taveta County pointed an accusing finger at each other for supporting Jubilee’s rivals, The Standard has reported.

During a meeting that was held in order to avoid the possible fallout among the leaders, some of the politicians blamed Wundanyi MP Mwadegu of drumming up support for Jubilee candidates.

Mwadegu defeated the incumbent governor John Mruttu, who opted to defend his seat as an Independent candidate in the August exercise.

Mrutttu has, however, asked the leaders aligned to Raila, former prime minister, not to drag his name into woes facing the political movement. ODM’s Pastor Jackson Shako, put Mwadegu on the spot for campaigning for Jubilee candidates Raymond Mwangola.

He alleged that the governor aspirant was among the leaders who attended Jubilee's rally. "I attended the meeting and the MP was drumming up support for Jubilee candidates," he said, as quoted by the local daily.
