NASA leader Raila Odinga has told his supporters there shall be no demonstrations of Thursday which IEBC has set as the voting day.
Instead, Raila said his supporters should stay at home.
The Opposition leader made the clarification during a morning interview with BBC radio.
Earlier, Raila had said his supporters will demonstrate on Thursday as they push for their 'No elections, no reform' agenda.
He, however, seems to have changed the tact.
"We have not told people to demonstrate on polling day. We have not told them that at all," Raila said.
When told to clarify, Raila said there were no such directions to his supporters.
"Yes, we are telling our supporters to stay at home," he added.
He however said that his supporters will resist any attempts to militarize politics.
"Jubilee supporters are moving around with military fatigues trying to militarize politics in our country. You find even women politicians wearing military fatigue to intimidate the electoral. In such, our supporters are justified to resist it," Raila said.
