President Uhuru Kenyatta can only avoid NASA's wrath of planned civil disobedeence, peaceful protests and non-cooperation should he only give in to dialogue demands, Raila Odinga has said.

And the dialogue, Raila says, must revolve around electoral injustices which he insists that subverts democracy of the country.

"We can sit down on the negotiating table with our Jubilee opponents and discuss how to fix our electoral system, reform the executive, protect judiciary and strengthen devolution," said Raila as reported by the Nation.

He further said: "Alternatively, we take the issues to the people and let them decide without involvement of the State."

Already, NASA has said it will unveil a detailed programme in the new year that will revert to civil disobedience, peaceful protests and non-cooperation.

For months now, NASA has threatened to swear in both Raila and Kalonzo on grounds that they won August elections.
