ODM National treasurer Timothy Bosire insists he is confident of landmark victory in an election petition challenging election of Kitutu Masaba MP Shadrack Mose.
Through Justus Omiti, his Personal Assistant, Bosire terms August elections as 'fugitive' thus did not reflect the will of people.
"All the irregularities that occurred shattered the foundation of the elections , rendering them fugitive so they should be nullified," said lawyer Stephen Ligunya during final submissions at Nyamira High Court.
A critical analysis showed that SD cards used during transmission of results involves voters from the neighbouring Kisii and Migori Counties.
In a phone conversation with the reporter, Bosire insisted that the court will give Kitutu Masaba people justice through nullification of results.
"It was a fraudulent exercise and I am confident of a court victory. I was a target of Jubilee administration," he said.
During campaigns, Bosire was chief strategist for NASA leader Raila Odinga, who led in the constituency.
Mose was declared winner having garnered over 33,000 votes to Bosire's 20, 000 in a constituency that had been projected to lean towards ODM.
Last week, former ODM governor Ahamed Abdullahi managed to overturn Wajir gubernatorial results.
