The Opposition National Super Alliance move to set the People's Assembly has suffered another set back.
This is after the Nairobi County Assembly leadership rejected people's assembly motion tabled before the house on Wednesday.
According to the House Business Committee, the motion is illegal since a High Court in Kitui had temporarily issued orders halting any debate on the matter.
So far 10 counties have adopted the the motion that NASA seeks to use in ensuring there is electoral justice in the country.
This follows the didputed October 26 polls.Last week after Kwale County Assembly passed the motion, MCAs allied to the ruling Jubilee Party threatned that they will seek legal action is stopping implementation of the bill.
