On his way to the Lake Region Economic Bloc Health Conference at Kisii University, ODM party leader Raila Odinga addressed an impromptu public baraza in Kisii town, Thursday.
Accompanied by area governor James Ongwae and Nyamira governor John Nyangarama, Raila reiterated his commitment to the success of the Devolution projects in Kisii.
He expressed optimism of taking over the incumbent administration in August, saying Nasa government would devolve sufficient resources to ensure devolution works properly in the county and across Kenya.
''I don't view county governments as adversaries to the national government in the manner that Jubilee does. I look forward to working together with them,'' he said.
