In a statement released to the newsrooms, Duale, a strong critic of the opposition, argues that the National Super Alliance (NASA) Presidential candidate has never accepted the outcome of any elections without going to the streets or seeking for court intervention over the same.

“It is hard to find a single occasion where he accepted the outcome of an electoral process without a fight on the streets or in court. He has always contested when he did not get the result he expected,” he says, as quoted by Star.

The vocal lawmaker also said that the objection of the ballot paper printing tender clearly shows that the opposition leader has sensed defeat.

“Raila tried to cancel the ballot paper-printing contract awarded to Al Ghurair of Dubai, on his spurious claims that the firm has close relations with the Kenyatta family,” he states.

On his part, Raila has maintained that he will accept nothing but free and fair polls.
