[Photo| Nairobi Wire]Deputy President William Ruto attacked the National Super Alliance (Nasa) principal Raila Odinga moments after he gave a speech in the United States on Thursday.During his speech at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies, Raila noted that Kenya is "hurtling towards outright dictatorship," adding that, "The Jubilee government has ridden roughshod over or looted every institution that they could in order to achieve their goal of long-term control of the state, or at least till their self-declared goal of ruling till at least 2032."The former prime minister further noted that despite Kenya having 44 tribes, the presidents have only come from two communities."The next one preparing to take over after Uhuru is not from of the other 42 communities either," noted Raila.His sentiments seemed to have angered Ruto who has expressed in vying for presidency in 2022.Through his twitter handle on Thursday, the DP accused Raila of scuttling his dream of becoming a president. "So,Tinga went all the way to the USA to seek support to scuttle the possibility of a son of peasant from being elected prezo in 2022!Balaa!" wrote Ruto.
