NASA leader Raila Odinga has assured his supporters that his swearing in is still in progress.
Speaking on Saturday, Raila said the steering committee was expected to release the swearing in programme today Sunday.
He was speaking in Mahanga village of Vihiga County during the burial ceremony of 16 victims who perished in a road accident in Bungoma County.
"Our steering committee will tomorrow release timetable for the swearing in," he said.
"I am ready to die if that is what will bring electoral justice," he added.
"Uhuru Kenyatta thinks that we have given up on swearing in. I want to tell him that we are running out of patience on electoral reforms. We are not going to sit back and let our electoral democracy be mutilated by people who have no interests of Kenyans at heart".
Last week Raila said his mission to be declared president was unstoppable.
“I am going to carry the Bible. Nobody will stop me from carrying the Bible,” Raila said.
