[Photo: newsweek.com]National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential campaign team in Embu have vowed to conduct aggressive campaigns for Raila Odinga in the county perceived a Jubilee stronghold.The pronouncement comes barely three days after President Uhuru Kenyatta toured the area to drum up support for his reelection bid.The Opposition team led by chairman James Mbogo has come up with new strategies to bag more votes for Raila in the fresh poll slated for next month."We plan to reach and convince at least 100,000 residents to vote for the former Prime Minister, which would be a huge increase from the 17,000 he garnered in the August elections," Mbogo said.The team vowed to work around the clock to guarantee NASA a third of the county's 309,000 registered voters."Our members are drawn from the four constituencies of Embu County. We have a team of 20 people in all 20 wards who have intensified campaigns to ensure our candidate gets a sizeable number of votes from this region," Mbogo added.President Kenyatta and Raila will face off again after the Supreme Court nullified August 8 presidential results.Kenyatta had been declared the winner with over 54 per cent of votes cast.
